The Apartment
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette (with oven and small microwave), TV, sofa bed for one and a half, double bedroom, one bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The living area is equipped with inverter air conditioner.
The house is located in the heart of town, really a step away from all the amenities: Town Hall, church, post office, market, tourist office, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, port, marina (for boat trips to the other islands of the archipelago), bus and taxi stop, both aquatic and terrestrial vehicles rental.
The price includes: a set of bed sheets (flat sheet, fitted sheet and two pillowcases) and two towels kit (bath, face and bidet towel). Further changes or additional kits are available on request at the price of 10 Euros per kit.
The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people: two adults in the master bedroom and one young or child in the sofa bed in the living room.

Let us know your arrival time and we will come to meet you at La Maddalena’s port.
You will be the only occupants of an ancient building, which floor can be reached by a very characteristic (although a bit steep) staircase. There is no elevator.
Pets are allowed only if small-sized and well-behaved.
Smoking is not allowed in the bedroom.
Directions
Per raggiungere La Maddalena è necessario raggiungere Palau, alla quale è collegata tramite traghetto (Durata della traversata circa 20 minuti).
Per chi viaggia a piedi è possibile:
- Noleggiare un'auto nel porto/aeroporto di arrivo
- Viaggiare in treno con Trenitalia o il Trenino verde
- Viaggiare in Autobus con i vettori ARST SardaBus Digitur
Da Olbia
Olbia può essere raggiunta sia in Aereo che in Nave, è sicuramente la destinazione più vicina a La Maddalena.Sia che arriviate all'Aeroporto che al Porto Commerciale "Isola Bianca" potete proseguire in auto sino a Palau percorrendo la statale 125 (Olbia - Palau). Il tragitto avrà una durata di circa 40 minuti.
Da Golfo Aranci
Golfo Aranci può essere raggiunta in Nave.Dal Porto Commerciale "Isola Bianca" potete percorrere la strada provinciale 99 e poi proseguire sulla statale 125 (Olbia - Palau) sino a Palau. Il tragitto avrà una durata di circa 50 minuti.
Da Porto Torres
Porto Torres può essere raggiunta in NaveIn auto dal Porto Commerciale potete percorrere:
- La litoranea occidentale da Porto Torres lungo la strada statale 200 (Porto Torres - Castelsardo - Valledoria - Badesi - Santa Teresa di Gallura) proseguendo poi per Palau lungo la Statale 133 bis. Il tragitto avrà una durata di circa 3 ore.
- La superstrada statale 131 "Carlo Felice" sino a Sassari per proseguire poi lungo la statale 597 per Olbia. da lì la statale 125 vi permetterà infine di raggiungere Palau. Il tragitto avrà una durata di circa 3 ore.
Da Alghero
Alghero può essere raggiunta in AereoDall'Aeroporto Fertilia potete percorrere:
- La 127 bis sino a Sassari per proseguire poi lungo la statale 597 per Olbia. Da lì la statale 125 vi permetterà infine di raggiungere Palau. Il tragitto avrà una durata di circa 3 ore e mezza.
- Raggiungere Porto Torres tramite la strada statale 200 (Porto Torres - Castelsardo - Valledoria - Badesi - Santa Teresa di Gallura) proseguendo poi per Palau lungo la Statale 133 bis. Il tragitto avrà una durata di circa 3 ore e mezza.
Oltre alle meravigliose spiagge di La Maddalena e Caprera la città offre:
- Gite alle isole (il porto turistio è a pochi secondi a piedi dall'appartamento)
- Itinerari di trekking nell’isola di Caprera

Per chi sia sprovvisto di macchina è a disposizione un servizio di bus navetta verso le spiagge principali.
E’ anche possibile noleggiare bici, moto, quad, moto d’acqua, gommoni e barche a vela con e senza skipper
